Our wholesale customers can now place orders online!

If you are a retailer interested in carrying Bohemian Butterfly Design, formerly Johnny Loves June in your store, please follow the steps below to apply for a wholesale account and gain access to wholesale pricing. We will send you confirmation once you're approved.

1. Create an account:   On the upper left side of our page, click on "Create an Account". Follow the steps to create an account for our website.

2. Email Us:  Reply to the email you receive confirming your account OR send an email to BohemianButterflyDesign@gmail.com   including: the name of your business, physical location, years in business, and attach a copy of your resale certificate. If you don't have a digital copy, you can also fax us the certificate to (225) 231-1405.

3. Once we have verified the emailed information, we will change the status of your online account to wholesale. You will then be able to view wholesale prices on this site and place an online order if you wish. Minimum opening order of $500 is required.  **Please include the Name of your Store in the Comments section when checking out.**

4. We will also send a digital catalog and line sheets to your email, in case you would like to place an order directly with us and not on the website. You may email or fax an order to us for delayed billing or shipping.

**PLEASE NOTE: Click on an item to see its correct wholesale price. The price on the "collection page" may be higher!**



Existing wholesale customers: Follow the same steps above. You do not need to re-send us your resale certificate if you have already done so, but you do need to call or email us so we can change your online account status to wholesale.

All wholesale accounts are subject to approval.

 

Wholesale Damages and Repairs Policy:
Wholesale Damages: Damages occurred during shipping must be reported to Bohemian Butterfly Design within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Please send an email to BohemianButterflyDesign@gmail.com  with the following information:

  • Name of company
  • Name of person submitting email
  • Invoice number
  • Product Name(s)
  • Number of items damaged
  • Picture attached to email showing damage described to each product

Once we have received your email we will send you a UPS call tag to return the product for repair/replacement. You must ship the product back to us wrapped in bubble wrap packaged in a box, not an envelope. You should receive your repaired/replaced product within a week of Bohemian Butterfly Designs receiving it. If there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Wholesale Repairs: We stand behind our designs and all are made with love, car, and the utmost professional craftsmanship. We do understand sometimes that things happen though. Bohemian Butterfly Design will be the ultimate determiner to say if the item was indeed defective. Any pieces that are defective in the first six months of delivery will be repaired or replaced and all costs will be incurred by Bohemian Butterfly Design. If in fact it is determined the product was not defective, all costs to ship, replace, or replace will be the retailer's responsibility. If something happens to a piece of jewelry to the point that it needs to be repaired or replaced after six months of delivery of merchandise, all shipping and repair/replacement charges will be the retailer's responsibility. You must ship the product back to us wrapped in bubble wrap packaged in a box, not an envelope. If you are paying for the shipping fees, you must select an option with tracking.
